The company NCH France is the result of many years of work provided by NCH Group SA on the development of the NCH patented building process: a New Concept for Home-building®.

The NCH patented building process was born from the will of its inventor, Christian Ferrière, an engineer coming from a great career in industry. Christian Ferrière made be born an extraordinary ambition : industrialize in an adapted way the manufacturing of load-bearing walls elements and implement these elements in order to obtain high quality constructions integrating existing and up-coming regulations as regards of thermal performance, earthquake-resistant performance and standard of quality (Eurocodes/DTU).

The result of this ambition resulted since 2005 in the deposit of several patents concerning the NCH building process and this, in Europe, and in several countries of the world (USA / Canada / China / India / Brazil / Mexico /  Europe and Maghreb countries) .

NCH France markets today the NCH patented building process in Metropolitan France and thus shall be given the mission of approaching the construction market by the commercialization of industrially prefabricated elements of wall. Indeed, PRECIMUR NCH® constructive elements are the products marketed to implement the NCH patented building process.

PRECIMUR NCH® constructive elements represent a significant technological change in the field of construction solutions. In order to exploit all qualities of the NCH patented building process, advanced products as PRECIMUR NCH® wall elements allow to get the following results:
